From the panoramic balcony, the garden or the entrance courtyard one contemplates the village of Manteigas, clustered on the hillside of Serra da Estrela, where the red tiling white houses stand out so close to our sight. In the long and warmest days, one feels like to have a refreshing drink at one of the tables overhanging the property. A book or a magazine may be a motive more than enough to relax and enjoy the surrounding tranquillity.

Where the rustic and the modern gather in one concept. Granite room where the meals take place at the harmoniously arranged tables. Fireplace room where the chats come up around a hot drink or a regional wine. Across the common areas of the house, Serra da Estrela’s natural landscape completes the space ambience through the lens of natural landscape photographer Miguel Serra.
